Toby selected for Gloucestershire County squad for 2017 season!
Earlier this year Toby Rice (year 7) trialled for the Gloucestershire County Cricket squad in his age group. I am delighted to share with you that he trialled successfully and will be a part of the squad for this coming cricket season.
Toby has been a huge asset to school cricket since starting in September. During our winter indoor competitions Toby showed himself to be an exceptional leader as well as being hugely talented. Toby’s ability and knowledge of the game is fantastic for someone so young. Most recently Toby played in an U15 cup match for the school and top scored with a very impressive 35 which just goes to show the calibre of his talents.
Many congratulations Toby – we wish you good luck for the upcoming season with club Lodway and county Gloucestershire.
