Congratulations Year 11

St Katherine's students have been celebrating receiving their GCSE and vocational qualification results.

50% of students achieved English and maths Grades 9-5 and 68% achieved 9-4. 20 students achieved a grade 9 in one or more subjects with 57 grade 9s in total, representing 5% of grades. 

There were further superb results achieved across the curriculum. Subjects enjoying 9-7 success include the further maths qualification (50%), art (37%), photography (33%), French (32%), biology (31%), physics (27%), chemistry (26%), geography (26%), maths (22%). 

Students also enjoyed success in vocational subjects, reflecting St Katherine's continued strength in this area of the curriculum, achieving D*-D sport (50%), performing arts (31%) and engineering (41%).

  • Leo Oakman: 5 x grade 9, 3 x grade 8, 1 x grade 7, 1 x grade 6
  • Noah Pearson: 5 x grade 9, 1 x grade 8, 2 x grade 7, 2 x grade 5
  • Oscar Foerster: 4 x grade 9, 3 x grade 8, 2 x grade 7, 1 x grade 6
