Mental Health Awareness Week

This week in tutor time we are observing Mental Heath Awareness Week. The theme of this year's event is loneliness. While loneliness is not a mental health issue on its own, feelings of loneliness and isolation impact on our ability to connect with other people and ourselves. Students are looking at ways they can improve their feelings of loneliness and support others.
