Stephen Lawrence Day 2022

Stephen Lawrence day fell during the school holidays this year so at St Katherine's it was marked in the first week of term. During tutor time students looked at the life and death of Stephen Lawrence and were encouraged to embrace the theme of this year's Stephen Lawrence Day which is 'live your best life'.

Students reflected on how they can use the opportunities that school gives them to live their best life and to challenge themselves. Additionally they have been encouraged to make a positive change in their communities and be inclusive, tolerant and understand that their life matters.
